Small Bedroom Design Ideas?
Hello All!
So my parents just found a home to rent and all was well until it was decided I would be the unlucky soul who got the smallest bedroom (kinda figured…as I am the youngest.) I don’t have any measurements and I’m really sorry about that but its a complete box shaped room and a very slim “walk in closet” on the left hand side. (everything I am saying is based on an aerial view perspective…if that makes sense) Anywhoo there is one window on the upper left corner and the doorway is parallel to the window. I really need a desk as I do alot of work online but I also want it to be a very “flowy” room. (BUT I REALLY NEED THE DESK!) The bedroom would barely fit a full size bed (take approximately 1 to 2/4ths of the room) so if that gives you a sense of what I’m working with.

It’s difficult without actually seeing the room. But of course you need a bed, so, you could either have a single bed with underbed sotrage drawers, or futon that you can use as a seat and then pull down into a bed at night, (very popular in Japan) Maybe you could have an ottoman to sit on at the desk, then that has storage for books and things, Of course wall cupboards will give you more floor space.You can also buy beds that fold up to the wall, could be another option.
